The Gate Lodge at Redhills house offers the hightest standards of self-catering accommodation in an historic listed building. The Gate Lodge, which is set within the imposing old-entrance gates to Redhills House, has been refurbished to modern standards yet retains many of the heritage features one would associate with an Irish Country Estate. As a romantic escape, there can be few places to match this delightful little holiday hideaway, set at the end of a majestic beech lined avenue. It sleeps four in two bedrooms.
Accomodation comprises of a small entrance hall leading to a large sitting room with adjacent kitchen area. There is an open log fire where you can relax and enjoy the warm intimate feeling of wooden floors and traditional old pine furniture. Everything in the Lodge is to the highest standards available ensuring guests are warm, snug and comfortable, whether enjoying the late evening summer sunsets or retreating to the warmth of an open fire after a bracing walk on a winter's day.
Off the passage to the side of the sitting room is a double bedroom with en suite w/c and wash hand basin. Next is the twin bedroom and there is also a bathroom with over-bath shower.
